If you are currently at home because of Covid-19 it's the perfect time to start medical skin care regimes with active products. Active ingredients such as retinol and AHAs can be associated with some downtime initially, so take advantage of 'lockdown' to upgrade your skin care.
ZO Skin Health is an award-winning range of cosmeceutical skincare products and regimes for use at home. Regular use of the results-orientated skin regimes can achieve remarkable results even on difficult skin conditions.
At home peels are ideal for really improving your skin and the two I recommend are from the ZO skin care range. If you are not currently using a retinol you may prefer to start with the gentler Invisapeel. If your skin is used to retinol treatments you may want to step up your regime to include Radical Night Repair Cream.

How to Use
Invisapeel™ can be used for both the face and body as a continuous skin health treatment. After your skin routine (cleanse, scrub and oil-control/tone), apply product and leave on for 1–3 hours. Cleanse skin thoroughly before applying other ZO® products. Use 2–3 times a week for best results. Depending on your skin’s tolerance you can leave this on overnight. This peel is also ideal for non-facial skin, such as upper arms and back, especially when textural damage or uneven skin tone is present (acne, early scarring, pigmentation problems). Distinguished by its remarkable safety and tolerance (in rare cases, burning and stinging can occur on weak or sensitive skin and this can be eliminated by washing the skin).

Anti-Ageing Formula with 1% Retinol Concentration
Radical Night Repair contains skin defenders that target the multiple signs of ageing. Formulated with a 1% retinol concentration that targets UV-damaged, aged skin more effectively than any other anti-ageing treatment. This radical skin repair serum features the highest concentration of retinol you can find in over the counter products. Directions for Use
Due to the concentration of retinol, this is a very potent serum. Initially, some dry skin, irritation and peeling are normal. These symptoms typically develop 3–7 days following the first application and indicate skin cells are awakening and damaged skin is being shed. If you are not currently using retinol, begin gradually.
Following skin cleansing, apply 2–3 pumps of this retinol repair serum twice a week in the evening, 30 minutes before retiring. Increase frequency as tolerated. Do not apply anything on top of Advanced Radical Night Repair.
Can be used as part of your regular retinol regime for one week each month long term.
