INTIMATE PRP - VAGINA, URETHRA , LABIA and PENIS
Vaginal PRP (The 'O' Shot)
● PRP is platelet rich plasma which is derived from taking a blood sample, this is spun in a centrifuge which separates the red cells from the plasma. A numbing cream will be applied to the skin approximately 30 minutes before treatment begins. The plasma is then withdrawn from the bottle with a needle and injected into the area between the urethra and the vagina.
● Once injected it brings new blood flow and nerve tissue to the area
● It enhances the immune system
● It stimulates growth factors and stem cells to grow new tissue, increasing plumpness of the area
Indication
● Vaginal dryness
● Painful sex
● Lichen Sclerosis
● Anorgasmia (reduced or lack of orgasms)
● Stress Incontinence
● Arousal Disorders
● Post surgery to improve healing

Intimate PRP -Penis (The 'P' Shot)
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) can help to improve sexual function, including the ability to orgasm. It is sometimes also known as the ‘P-Shot’ and is a relatively new treatment.
Most men occasionally fail to get or keep an erection. This is usually caused by stress, tiredness, anxiety or drinking too much alcohol, and it's nothing to worry about. If it happens more often, it may be caused by physical or emotional problems.
Erectile dysfunction is common in men over 40 years old, with approximately 40 percent being affected to some degree.
PRP treatment promotes blood supply, production of growth hormones & healing to strengthen the area.
The treatment consists of taking a sample of your blood, spinning it in a machine to obtain the platelets, then injecting the platelets into the side of the penis. Only two injections are needed & numbing cream is used beforehand to reduce discomfort.

Vulval Rejuvenation with Desirial (Labial Puff Treatment)
Vulval Rejuvenation with Desirial (also known as Labial Puff Treatment) is a non-surgical procedure that uses special dermal fillers to rejuvenate your vagina or labia majora to improve the appearance and function of your vulvo-vaginal area.
Many women experience changes in their vaginas and labia at some stage in their lives. Whether it’s following childbirth or due to age and menopause, these changes can sometimes cause discomfort, embarrassment or problems having sex.
Common problems include:
* Flattening or sagging of the labia
* Uneven labia (asymmetry)
* Poor vaginal lubrication
* Discomfort during sex due to smaller labia majora
* Loss of confidence due to changes in appearance
For some, these problems occur as a result of trauma from childbirth, but for many, it’s just part of the ageing process.
As you get older, your hormones change and your body starts to produce less collagen and elastin – the cells that give your skin its structure and firmness.
The treatment is highly specialised and should only be provided by nurses and doctors who have had specific experience and training. Moira Grobicki worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in NHS Sexual Health services for 16 years and has advanced training in genital rejuvenation.
Cost is £600 per treatment.
Consultations are charged at £50
This is then taken off treatment price if you have a treatment within the following 6 months. Consultation and treatment can also be given together for some treatments.
