Reopening Clinic 6th July
I am so excited to announce that we plan to reopen Jouvence Aesthetics clinic on Monday 6th July!
This does depend on guidelines from the government and our professional governing bodies. If there is a second wave of coronovirus and an increase in lockdown measures, opening will be delayed. However I am now able to book patients in for procedures as we have everything in place to keep you safe.
Those of you on the priority waiting list have already been contacted and appointments are now open to everyone.
All treatments are offered as usual, but different PPE may be worn by myself depending on the procedure. There is increasing evidence that dermal fillers given in the presence of a recent viral infection (or where a virus is caught after treatment) can increase the risk of delayed hypersensitivity reactions, so you may wish to delay filler treatments until later in the year. If you do wish to have filler treatments all precautions will be taken.

Covid-19 patient pathway
Due to the Covid-19 virus we will be following guidelines from the government and professional groups. Your safety is our number one priority, therefore we will be implementing the following:
Before your appointment you will be sent questionnaires to complete.
Please do these 48 hours before your appointment & send back to jouvence.aesthetics@gmail.com
This is to ensure it is safe for you to have your treatment & will reduce your time in clinic.
On you appointment
• Please attend alone where possible, unless under 18 years of age.
Please do not bring lots of belongings to clinic
Please use the bathroom before you leave home as toilets at clinic are closed.
When you arrive at the car park please ring or message me on 07434 664227 to let me know you have arrived (please leave a message if I don’t pick up)
I will then collect you from the carpark.
I will check your temperature, ask you to use hand sanitiser and give you a mask & gloves (£5 charge is made for PPE, added to treatment cost)
No waiting in reception, you will be taken straight to the clinic room.
All patients will be offered a Covid-19 antibody test at cost price (£50) if wanted. This is particularly useful if having dermal fillers. If you are having fillers to lips or around the mouth you will also be asked to rinse your mouth with antiseptic in the clinic room.
Staff will be wearing the appropriate PPE.
Time in clinic will be kept to a minimum and appointments will be spaced apart so rooms are deep cleaned and ventilated between patients.
Follow ups will be carried out on line where possible.

You can pay by bank transfer in advance to secure your appointment if possible (we prefer this because of virus):

Otherwise you can pay with card or cash on the day.
All of these measures are to keep you safe and reduce the chance of virus transmission. If you feel unwell before your appointment please cancel, no charge will be made for late cancellations.
