Jouvence Aesthetics- Clinic Reopening!
Due to the coronovirus risk clinic has been closed since Thursday 19th March. Following guidelines from the Government, the Nursing & Midwifery Council, the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses and my insurance company we have reopened clinic for treatments. Each patient and the procedure that they are having is risk assessed to check it is safe and appropriate to be carried out currently.
My priority is to maintain the safety and well being of all my patients at all times. Risk assessments of all procedures have been carried out, a new clinical pathway implemented and cleaning protocols upgraded.
Before your appointment you will be sent questionnaires to complete.
Please do these 48 hours before your appointment & send back to jouvence.aesthetics@gmail.com
This is to ensure it is safe for you to have your treatment & will reduce your time in clinic.
At your appointment
Please attend alone where possible, unless under 18 years of age or needing support.
Please do not bring lots of belongings to clinic
Please use the bathroom before you leave home as toilets at clinic are closed (unless you have a particular issue - please contact me for further advice).
When you arrive at the car park please ring or message me on 07434 664227 to let me know you have arrived (please leave a message if I don’t answer)
I will then collect you from the car park.
I will check your temperature, ask you to use hand sanitiser and give you a face mask (£5 charge is made for PPE, added to treatment cost)
No waiting in reception, you will be taken straight to the clinic room.
All patients will be offered a Covid-19 antibody test at cost price (£50) if wanted. This is particularly useful if having dermal fillers. If you are having fillers to lips or around the mouth you will also be asked to rinse your mouth with antiseptic mouthwash in the clinic room.
Staff will be wearing the appropriate PPE.
Time in clinic will be kept to a minimum and appointments will be spaced apart so rooms are deep cleaned and ventilated between patients.
Follow ups will be carried out on line where possible.
