I hope you and your family are safe and well?

Quarantine time can be boring and hairdressing/manicure appointments out of the question, but it is the perfect opportunity to concentrate on your home skin care.

Some ideas to keep your routine on track over the coming weeks:

  • Perfect your skin care routine now that you have more time in the morning and evening. Use a gentle cleanser twice a day, followed by any specific treatment cream, then moisturiser. Think of it as pampering rather than as a chore.

The 2 very best products that we should be using every day are:

  • High factor daily SPF 30-50 every day, even in winter. This will protect your skin from the damaging and aging effects of the light - pigmentation, fine lines & course texture.

  • Retinol cream or serum at night, start on a low percentage slowly, build up to every night. Retinol will encourage your skin to produce more collagen and stimulate production of fine blood vessels. This will help to improve pigmentation and fine lines, improving the overall texture and health of your skin.

  • Keep skin clear by cleaning all your make up brushes. wash brushes in warm water with a small amount of facial cleanser, then rinse well and leave to air dry.

  • Tidy your make up drawer. Sort through & throw away old make up and creams.

  • Home skin rejuvenation. A good at home peel can give great results. I recommend ZO Invisapeel, ZO Radical Night repair and Peel2Glow from Aesthetic Source.

I am able to offer skin care consultations by Messenger and prescribe medical grade skin care, ZO Skin Care, Aesthetic Source & Aestheticare products.

If you are already using these products you can reorder whenever you need to. If you have not used before you would need a skin care consultation first.

Any products prescribed and ordered for patients will be delivered to your home address by post.

Contact me for any skin care advice.

If there’s anything else I can help you with during these difficult times please let me know.

Stay safe, Best wishes
