Derma FNS is a motorised pen device which quickly and systematically creates a series of tiny little injuries in a process known as fractional needling. It features a series of sterile needles which pierce the surface of the skin, creating vertical channels.

The damage to the skin’s epidermis is minimal, but this intentional wounding of the skin stimulates cell renewal, collagen regeneration and elastin development. The result of this is skin tightening and remodelling.
